How VIKAS works
Five layers.
The record layer
Generation, SCADA data, O&M reports and electricity bills for every plant, brought into one checked record each day. Where two sources disagree, the discrepancy is recorded and followed up, and missing data is flagged rather than treated as zero.
The engineering layer
Each plant's design baseline and P90 model, together with a growing library of fault and performance rules written by Renevik engineers.
The risk layer
Governed parameters applied across the whole portfolio: performance against design, curtailment and outages, vendor obligations, receivables and the risks that build up quietly over months.
The decision layer
A daily view of what needs attention, who owns it and what was asked last month, so nothing is lost between reviews.
