We invest in the assets we build.
Renevik is an independent power producer. We put our own capital into solar plants, sell their power under long-term agreements, and run them for their full life. Owning assets is the clearest commitment we can make to how they are engineered and operated.
Why ownership matters
An owner thinks in decades, not in handovers.
A contractor's responsibility usually ends at commissioning. An owner's begins there.
Because we live with the results of our own design decisions, we choose sites, equipment and structures for what they will earn over 25 years, not for what they cost on the day of purchase. That same discipline goes into every plant we build for our clients.
How we develop and own
Five steps, from land to a daily record.
Find the right site.
We identify land close to substations with workable evacuation, access and approvals, and test it before committing capital.
Secure the offtake.
We structure long-term power purchase agreements with DISCOMs and industrial buyers, including under state and central schemes such as PM-KUSUM.
Engineer for the long term.
Each plant is modelled on its own site data to a conservative P90 design yield before it is priced.
Build and commission.
Our own EPC team builds the plant, with third-party inspection at critical stages.
Operate and read every day.
VIKAS, our proprietary intelligence platform, checks each plant against its design and its billing record daily, so shortfalls are found and explained early.
